Rives de Bercy is a 345,000 sqft office building located in Charenton-le-Pont. The building was developed by HRO, specifically for the occupant Crédit Foncier. The asset has overlooks the River Seine, expansive landscaped gardens and easy access to public transportation and the motorway.

In 2020, Platform were asked to assist in the repositioning of the asset. This comprises a full office reinstatement to market standard and a complete refurbishment of the existing common parts. Phase one works completed in Q4 2022 and Phase two in 2024.
