1 NEW STREET SQUARE
The Goldsmiths’ Company, freeholder of this prominent mid-town City of London site, appointed Platform to undertake a review and assessment of Land Securities' proposed redevelopment scheme. The analysis of the concept design identified potential efficiencies which improved development return via a significant increase in the quantity and quality of the lettable area, and a reduction in construction cost and programme.
Platform were engaged to monitor the design development, procurement and construction of 1 New Street Square. The entire building has been pre-leased to Deloitte, as part of their central London campus. Subsequently the role was extended to monitor the installation of link bridges between the building and Deloitte’s existing campus.
