FRITH & BATEMAN
Located on the corner of Frith Street and Bateman Street in the heart of Soho, Platform undertook a Feasibility and study to optimise an existing redevelopment scheme. Retaining the mixture of office, retail and residential uses of the building is a requirement in this part of the Soho Conservation area, where the retaining the streetscape and respecting the heritage of the building need to be sensitively addressed.
The redevelopment scheme would provide high quality accommodation throughout, increasing the efficiencies of the existing buildings by reconfiguring the current retail, restaurant, office and residential layouts behind retained facades.
