Platform are overseeing the client’s project to restore and refurbish a six storey Grade II listed period house with a distinguished history in Mayfair.

The client wished to celebrate the key qualities and features of the existing building while adjusting the plans in order to compliment to their business.

The refurbishment proposals consist of restoration works in the areas considered to have high heritage value, and high quality fit-out works throughout.

Planning permission and listed building consent has been secured together with consent from the freeholder, the Grosvenor Estate. Party wall awards have been agreed to allow construction activities to commence.

The refurbishment proposals consisted of restoration works in the areas considered to have high heritage value, and high quality fit-out works throughout.

Planning permission and listed building consent were secured together with consent from the freeholder, the Grosvenor Estate. Platform managed the refurbishment works which completed in Q3 2018.
